Tasty and healthy don't usually fit in the same sentence. Well, I believe this meal is truly yummy for everyone.
First make some oats in hot water, don't add any salt or sugar. When done, add some grounded cinnamon, raisins, hazelnuts cut in halves, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Finally chop two or three fresh tasty apples to small pieces and add agave syrup according to your taste. Enjoy!:)
